We’re Edmund and James – two engineers based in Australia and New Zealand with a shared passion for investing and building practical tools.

Edmund holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and works as a structural engineer, with a strong foundation in mathematical modelling and problem-solving.

James holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and works in product development within the healthcare sector, specialising in statistics, probability, and data-driven decision-making.

Together, we combined our technical backgrounds and interest in markets to create a more adaptive approach to Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA).

Our tool is designed to move beyond a fixed investment schedule by dynamically adjusting contributions over time. The goal is simple: to help reduce the average cost basis of an asset over the long term, compared to a traditional static DCA strategy.
